Shiba Survey (Part II)

This is the third time I'm re-posting this survey. I think/hope it is working now. If you took the survey the first time I posted it, please take it again. If you took the survey the second time I posted it, you do not need to take it again.

If you have multiple shibas in your household, please take the survey once per shiba. To take it multiple times you can delete the "quibblo" cookie in your internet browser or you can take the survey on another computer.
