Do you live in the DC metro area? Are you interested in joining the Washington DC Shiba Inu Meetup Group? This group is primarily for shibas (pure & mixed) and their owners to meetup, but anyone with an interest in shibas is welcome. Regular meetup locations include the Shirlington Dog Park in Arlington, VA, and Cabin John Dog Park in Bethesda, MD. Occasionally, there are walking/hiking type of meetups too.
