Looks lovely doesn't it? We'll probably look into buying a step-style trash can with a lid on it later on as a more permanent solution. We did try blocking the trash with some obstacles, but that didn't deter Jujube. So far, this looks like it's working.

We had to end up buying a metal step-style trash can when Takoda got too interested in the smells coming from our old one...
We have the step trash can and our shiba figured out how to open it. She steps on the peddle and stands on her hind legs to get whatever she wants out of the trash (chicken scraps, empty spam cans)! We need to figure something else out!
