What ?!?Loki hasn't had an accident of any sort for over a year! Why would he go in our bed? (Don't mind the fact that we are sleeping on an IKEA futon and don't make the bed.)
I sniff it. It doesn't smell like anything. No smell?
I dab at it with a paper towel. Nothing. It's completely clear. Not the slightest hint of yellow.
Hm... I bet it's not an accident. I bet he was just licking his paws there. Silly cat.

Our shiba licks our spots on the couch for no apparent reason... looks like an accident, but it's just "couch grooming". I bet Loki's done the same thing.
Yoshi does the same thing - especially on the couch. He'll start thoroughly licking his paws, then miss a bit and get the couch. At which point, he apparently decides that the couch isn't as clean as it should be, and licks and licks and licks....

hehheh we do that to entire couch cushions...
Mehahaha... I do the same thing just to scare mommy and daddy a bit. I think it's fun to leave a giant wet mark on my bed after licking my paws to scare the humans.
